Work-Based English (ESP) Courses

These English for Specific Purposes courses are primarily intended to meet the needs of employers who wish to improve the English language skills of their employees appropriate to their working context.  As such, these courses are specifically designed following consultation and a needs analysis to determine the exact requirements.

Please note: Students may choose to study English for work options to help improve the communication skills they need in their everyday jobs as part of their course.

Summer English Courses

These courses are general English courses during the summer.  These are usually non-examination English courses which focus on English grammar and vocabulary development, along with practice in the four language skills - speaking, listening, reading and writing.  These summer English courses are also ideal for students who are interested in developing their English language skills ready to join one of our Cambridge English examination courses in the autumn term at a higher level.

There will be a 4 week Summer Course this year (15 hours per week) from 3-28 July 2017.
